PURCHASE PRICE AND PAYMENT

The buyer agrees to pay the total purchase price of £1500     for the above- mentioned puppy. Payment shall be made as follows:

  Deposit:  £500                (paid on               ,  )

  Remaining Balance:      £1000   (to be paid on or before                ,               )

 

HEALTH GUARANTEE

The breeder certifies that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has received appropriate deworming treatments as per the puppy's age.  (Please note we have not vaccinated any pups unless requested).

The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of taking possession. If the veterinarian certifies the puppy as medically unfit within this period, the buyer may return the puppy for a full refund of the purchase price. 

 

 

 

RESTRICTION AGREEMENT

1.            Not to export the dog from the UK.

2.            Not to breed the dog until it is 3 years old

 

OWNERSHIP AND REGISTRATION

The breeder guarantees that they are the legal owner of the puppy and have the right to sell it within the UK. The breeder will provide the necessary registration documents, if applicable, to the buyer within a reasonable time after purchase.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

The transfer of ownership will take place upon receipt of the full payment by the breeder. The buyer agrees to provide a safe and suitable environment for the puppy, including proper shelter, nutrition, and veterinary care.

RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, the buyer is unable to keep the puppy, the breeder must be notified first. The breeder has the right of first refusal and may choose to take back the puppy or assist in rehoming. No refund will be provided unless agreed upon by both parties in writing.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the UK

               . Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be resolved in the courts of     England                

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Contract represents the entire agreement between the breeder and the buyer. No other warranties or representations, verbal or written, have been made outside of this Contract.
